This was an exciting local project that was great to be involved with. 'The Tap and Barrel' Pub was transformed into 9 new properties. Working along side all other trades, we transformed this derelict pub into great affordable properties. Each property consisted of:

• New power sockets

• New bathroom and kitchen installations

• Outside lights

• Consumer units (Fuseboards)

• TV & Phone connections
